Programs
UALEKS Training Program
Our training program in UALEKS was started to involve the most talented students in our team. The program is aimed at training people with little experience but great capability and motivation for self-development in the field of radioelectronics. This is a unique opportunity to obtain new profound knowledge and invaluable professional experience. Our trainees take part in real projects, put themselves into workflow, apply their knowledge in practise, use high-tech and measuring equipment.
Participation in program:
- Our trainees are undergraduates and postgraduates students.
- Vacancies are determined by our departments.
- Length of training term is determined individually; working hours are coordinated by a program supervisor.
- Selection stages for trainees: CV contest, interview, tests.
Requirements for participation:
- Specialized education (major in technical field, IT, economics, management, etc.).
- Knowledge of English is desirable.
